Step-by-step guide

Withdraw from a vendor to your personal wallet

A balance held by a vendor is still under that vendor's control. Prepare your personal wallet, select the exact withdrawal network, and confirm the funds arrive.

Before you start

  • A secured personal wallet supporting the exact currency and network
  • An available vendor balance large enough for the withdrawal minimum and fee
  • Access to the vendor's official account and required security checks

Required before any transfer

Pause and check all seven details

Read these details back from the final confirmation screen. Do not approve the transfer if one is missing or different.
  1. 01CurrencyThe requested currency, such as BTC, ETH, or USDT.
  2. 02NetworkThe sending and receiving networks are exactly the same.
  3. 03Full addressThe pasted or scanned destination matches the original.
  4. 04Tag or memoEvery extra identifier supplied by the recipient is included.
  5. 05AmountThe currency amount matches what the recipient expects.
  6. 06FeesThe purchase, withdrawal, and network costs are understood.
  7. 07Recipient confirmationThe recipient confirms the destination and network are current.

1. Generate the destination in your wallet

Open your personal wallet and choose Receive for the exact currency and network you intend to withdraw. Copy the full address.

For USDT, decide whether the destination is Ethereum (ERC-20) or Tron (TRC-20). Select the same network later in the vendor account. For XRP, follow your wallet's instructions for its address and destination tag, if one is supplied.

2. Open the vendor's withdrawal screen

Sign in through the vendor's official app or a bookmark you created from its verified website. Avoid sign-in links in messages or advertisements.

Find Withdraw, Send, or Transfer to external wallet. An internal transfer between vendor customers is not the same as a network withdrawal to your personal wallet.

3. Choose the currency and network

Select the currency, then read every available network label. Choose the exact network shown in your personal wallet.

Do not choose a network only because its fee is lower. Do not accept an automatic substitution. If your wallet and vendor use different names for what seems to be the same network, pause and confirm through both providers' official documentation.

4. Check the amount, minimum, and fee

The vendor may set a minimum withdrawal and deduct a fee from the amount. Read whether the destination receives the amount you enter or the amount after the fee.

Make sure the final amount is useful for your intended payment and that it will not leave an unwanted remainder with the vendor. If the balance is below the minimum, do not add more funds until you understand every cost and restriction.

5. Enter your wallet destination

Paste or scan your personal wallet address. Enter any destination tag or memo exactly as the wallet shows it.

Use the seven-detail checklist above. In this journey, recipient confirmation means reopening your personal wallet's receiving screen and confirming that the address and network are still current.

Never share the wallet's recovery phrase with the vendor. It needs only the public receiving destination.

6. Approve the withdrawal

Review the vendor's final screen, then complete its security checks. These may include a confirmation email, authenticator code, or withdrawal delay.

Read confirmation messages inside the official account before responding to an email link. Save the withdrawal reference, fee, destination, and time.

7. Track the transfer

The vendor may show processing before broadcasting the transfer. Once broadcast, it should provide a network transaction reference.

Compare the transaction with your personal wallet address, network, and expected amount. Wait for the wallet's required confirmations. Do not repeat the withdrawal while the first one is pending.

Completion check

  • The currency appears in your personal wallet on the intended network.
  • The received amount matches the withdrawal after disclosed fees.
  • The vendor and network transaction references are saved.
  • The vendor balance is empty or contains only an amount you intentionally left there.
  • Your recovery information remains private and protected offline.

If something goes wrong

If the vendor still shows processing, check its published processing times and contact official support with the withdrawal reference. Never give support remote access or a recovery phrase.

If a network reference exists but your wallet does not show the funds, compare the destination and network on the public record. Consult official wallet support if both match and the required confirmations have passed.

If the wrong network, address, or tag was used, contact the receiving wallet provider immediately. Recovery may be difficult, costly, or impossible, and no outside recovery service can guarantee it.
