Policy and information
Privacy policy
The website does not require an account. Guide selections and scam-check answers are not submitted as forms, while hosting and security services may process ordinary request data.
At a glance
- You do not need an account to read the website or use its guides.
- Currency, network, and purchase-method selections are used to open the guide you request.
- Answers in the “Am I being scammed?” check stay in the page and are not submitted to us as a form.
- The website does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics.
- Hosting, content-delivery, and security services may process ordinary technical request data when the website is loaded.
- If you email us, we receive the address, message, and information you choose to include.
Information you provide
The public website has no account registration and no general contact form. If you send email to [email protected], we process the email address, message, attachments, and technical email headers needed to receive and answer it.
Do not send wallet recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, bank details, or identity documents. We do not need them for a content correction or general website question.
Technical information used to deliver the website
The website is hosted on a server and delivered through Cloudflare. Those systems may process an IP address, browser and device headers, requested page, date and time, response status, network diagnostics, and security signals. This information is used to deliver pages, keep the service available, investigate errors, and reduce malicious traffic.
Cloudflare and the hosting provider process information under their own service terms and privacy documentation. Their infrastructure may operate in more than one country.
Guide selections and scam-check answers
The guide selector uses your currency, network, and purchase-method choices to build the page address you request. The interactive scam check calculates its result in your browser. It does not ask for a name, wallet address, transaction, or contact information, and it does not submit the selected answers to us.
Do not enter sensitive information into the address bar, page address, or any field that does not specifically request it.
Cookies, storage, and analytics
The website does not currently set advertising cookies or use behavioral analytics. An explicit language choice changes the page address. The website does not force a language choice based on the browser language.
Your browser, the website framework, hosting provider, or content-delivery service may cache files or use essential technical storage needed to load pages, protect the service, and maintain normal network operation.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to:
- deliver and secure the website;
- diagnose technical failures;
- answer messages and privacy requests;
- review corrections and provider updates;
- comply with a valid legal obligation when one applies.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the hosting provider, Cloudflare, and the email service needed to operate the website and answer messages. It may also be disclosed when required by a valid legal process or when reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users from abuse.
Retention
Email correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the message, resolve the issue, keep an appropriate record, or meet an applicable obligation. Routine server and security logs are retained according to operational and security settings and are removed or overwritten when they are no longer needed.
External websites
This website links to purchase providers, wallet projects, protocol documentation, government agencies, and other external sources. Opening an external link allows that website to receive ordinary request information and apply its own privacy policy. Review the provider's privacy information before submitting personal data or beginning a purchase.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.
Send privacy questions to [email protected] with the subject line Privacy request. We may need to confirm that a request relates to you before acting, but do not send identity documents unless we explain why verification is needed and provide an appropriate method.
Policy changes
This policy may change when the website, hosting, security, analytics, or contact practices change. The version published on this page is the current version.
