Contact

Send us the page address and a clear description of the question or correction. Never send wallet recovery information, passwords, or identity documents.

Email us

Send email to [email protected].

Include the page address and enough detail for us to understand the question. You can contact us about:

  • a factual or wording correction;
  • provider information that may have changed;
  • a broken link or website problem;
  • an accessibility barrier;
  • a privacy request or question;
  • a general question about the website.

We may not be able to answer every message or provide an immediate response.

Do not send sensitive information

Do not email:

  • a wallet recovery phrase or private key;
  • a password or one-time security code;
  • payment-card or bank-account details;
  • a copy of an identity document;
  • remote-access details;
  • money or cryptocurrency.

We do not need these details to review a website question or correction.

If you may be dealing with a scam

We are not an emergency service, police authority, payment provider, or cryptocurrency recovery service. Use the “Am I being scammed?” check and the after-scam steps for immediate guidance.

If money is moving now, stop the payment and end contact with the suspected scammer. Speak to someone you trust in person. Contact the bank, card issuer, exchange, ATM operator, or purchase provider involved through contact details you find independently. You can also contact local police in person or call a non-emergency number found on an official website.

Privacy requests

Use the subject line Privacy request when asking about personal information connected to an email you sent us or to website operations. Include the email address involved, but do not send additional identity documents unless we explain why verification is needed and provide an appropriate way to do it.

Read the privacy policy for information about website interactions, technical logs, email correspondence, and your choices.
