Open your personal wallet and choose Receive for the exact currency and network you need. Copy the address and leave the receiving screen available for comparison.
For USDT, choose Ethereum (ERC-20) or Tron (TRC-20) based on the final destination you need. The networks are separate. For XRP, check whether your personal wallet supplies a destination tag. Many personal XRP wallets do not, but follow the wallet's current instructions.
Use the guide selector to choose the same currency and network, then select your purchase method. A provider must support delivery or withdrawal on that exact network. A listing that says only “USDT supported” is incomplete.
Check the provider's current supported locations, payment methods, limits, identity process, and delivery method on its official website. Do not assume a service is available because it appeared in an old article or advertisement.
Enter the amount you want to purchase. Before paying, compare:
- the amount charged in your payment currency;
- the cryptocurrency amount expected to arrive;
- purchase and payment-method fees;
- delivery or network fees;
- the exchange rate used for the quote;
- the minimum and maximum amounts;
- how long the quote remains valid.
You should be able to understand the total before continuing. If costs appear only after payment, stop and choose a clearer route when possible.
Choose external or personal wallet delivery. Select the exact network, then paste or scan the address from your wallet.
Use the seven-detail checklist above even though the provider, rather than your wallet, will broadcast the transfer. In this journey, recipient confirmation means checking the receiving screen in your own wallet one last time.
Do not share your recovery phrase, private key, wallet password, or remote screen access. A provider only needs the receiving address and any identifier displayed for that deposit.
Provide only the information required for the transaction and your circumstances. Read why it is requested and how it will be used. Requirements vary by provider, location, amount, and payment method. Review what identity verification means and the questions you can ask about personal data before uploading sensitive documents.
Complete the purchase with your chosen payment method. Save the quote, order reference, fees, and destination details.
The provider may show processing before it submits the network transfer. Once submitted, it should provide a transaction reference. Match that record to the currency, network, address, and amount you expected.
Wait for the transfer to appear and receive the confirmations your wallet requires. Do not buy the amount again because the first order is still under provider review.
If the purchase appears only as a balance inside the provider account, it has not reached your personal wallet. Follow the withdrawal guide and include the withdrawal fee in your final cost.
- The purchased currency appears in your personal wallet on the correct network.
- The received amount matches the quote after disclosed fees.
- The provider order and network transaction references are saved.
- No balance remains in temporary vendor custody unless you intentionally need it for a pending withdrawal.
- You can now pay from your personal wallet if this purchase was for a payment.
If payment was charged but the order is still processing, use the provider's official support channel and order reference. Do not create a second order until the first has a clear status.
If the provider says it sent the funds, compare its transaction reference with your wallet address and network. If those match, allow the wallet's required confirmation time and consult official wallet support.
If the destination or network is wrong, contact the provider immediately. It may be able to stop a transfer only before network submission. Never give support your recovery phrase.
